Stopping to See The Roses

This morning I had the extreme pleasure of doing a family shoot for our friends, Scott and Mona Rose. You may remember them from an earlier post in my blog, but now here they are with their beautiful children, Ainsley and Lachlan. We went to Fish Creek and hung out for a couple of hours. I've known Ainsley since before she was born as Mona and I met in prenatal yoga with our first children. I can't believe how fast they have grown, but have always felt so lucky to have 'my moms' to share it all with. I got soooo many cute shots that it was hard to narrow it down to a few good ones to share, but here are my early favorites.

I have officially decided that I love this age. Lachlan and Georgia are just a couple of months apart and, for as difficult as two year olds can be, when they are good they are sooooo good!

This shot is neat as Scott looks very much the father figure, but, in fact, they were playing hide and seek...one can tell who they were seeking. She was a very, very good hider.

This is my homage to the lovely Tara Whitney. I can see why she always does these shots...man, the results are soooo hilarious! Not to mention the side splitting laughter while taking them! There you go guys...hope you like them.
