Touched

I decided to do this post and then, when I went to do it, I realized that it was my 100th post!!! So, it is appropriate that there are no photos. It is a plead to all my lovely, loyal visitors to vote for a wonderful family in the Vibe 98.5 Baby Shower contest. This morning I read this email and it touched me to look further into it. My heart goes out to this family. Please vote for them. Vote 10 times! Vote 20 times! Let's get them this help that they need. This is the email I received.

Hi - if you could take a few moments to read this, I would REALLY appreciate it. A gal that I worked with a long time ago has terminal skin cancer and does not have a lot of time left. She is currently in the hospital and will probably go straight to hospice care. She and her husband Tony have a seven month old little girl, Mattea. It was announced today that they are one of the ten finalists for Vibe 98.5FM's $50,000 Dream Baby Shower. The shower includes groceries, house cleaning, an education grant and other things that would help Tony out in the future. Please vote. Vote as many times as you want. The more votes, the better Crystal's chance. If this story touches your heart, and I am sure that it will, please forward to your friends and family. I have basically sent this to everyone I know, so if you don't recognize my name, I could live on your street, our kids could be in the same class, on the same ball/hockey team or we could go to the same church.
