It Ain't Easy

So, this is about what I went through to get my new banner picture. I have had this idea for almost a year. That is how long ago I saw another photographer do a similar thing. I wanted to line up Georgia's shoes and take a shot of her squatting in amongst them. The light in her room yesterday morning was sweet and warm, so I moved her bed and all of her things to the side and I lined up her shoes. That is when I took this test shot...

And, then the bargaining started...I begged and pleaded to get Georgia to sit amongst her shoes. Georgia wanted to do a puzzle.

Then Georgia decided it was best to have her doll sit there first.

Then her My Little Pony....

Then her bunny...

She wanted to put on a dancing show for me...

And, like any good Diva she needed a 'coffee' break.

It took a while...

Then she got in my face a bit...

And, finally, she stood there...reluctantly...this is why I don't like posed shots ;) But, it is pretty darn cute!
