For starters, I have to get this off my chest--this is my favorite photo of all time. I mean it. So far...bar none. Ok, so there might be one or two, but I just love this pic. I think it just captures the beauty of this little girl and the beauty of the day--the sun and what is probably the last beautiful fall day we had. She is already spoken for--she was telling me all about the boys who she was going to marry. There's two of them and I think, like any good lady, she'll make up her mind in good time. I mean, she has a few years left to decide!

So, here's the other thing. This family has NEVER had family photos taken. NEVER...not even the cheap Walmart/Sears thing that everyone tries at least once. NEVER. And, then they come to me! To ME!
