Fish Creek, Ice Cream and Red Cheeks

Sometimes I have to slow down and remember to get some 'posed' photos of my own kids. Mostly the shots of them are 'snapshots' which I love, but I want some beautiful shots of them as well. Part of the problem is when I attempt it by myself, it is sooooo difficult without a second adult with me. So, this weekend, Bob and I headed to Fish Creek in the full sun of the afternoon to play with my new reflector. I have to say that I love the color results in full sun...but the red cheeks kind of put a damper on it...we had to take a dip in the creek and then go for Ice Cream at Annie's(our favorite place). They had run out of all flavors except Orange Sherbert. Man is that stuff sweet!
